Authors are invited to submit one A4-page of text plus one optional page with up to 4 figures allowing for a one-inch margin all round the page. The submission deadline is May 31, 2005. The abstract must include Title, Author's Names, Author's Affiliation, Capitalize the name of the principal author who will present the paper; the principal author should also provide his/her email address at the bottom for future correspondences. The abstract should clearly show the originality and the relevance to the scope of the conference.

All abstracts should be sent to Dr. Xuzhang Xue by email with an attached electronic document preferred.
